KP Labs is entering its next chapter with an update to the company’s management structure.

Over the past few years, the company has grown significantly, expanding its team and broadening its capabilities. As a result, our organisational structure and leadership model have evolved.

‍Michał Zachara has now assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, in a change that reflects both the company’s development to date and the direction it is heading.

As Michał says: “Taking on the CEO role comes with a strong sense of responsibility. It means building on the foundation KP Labs has created through its people's expertise, deep technological know-how, and years of development. As the space sector moves toward more autonomous, efficient, and scalable systems, that foundation matters even more. For me, the key is to make sure we keep moving in the right direction”.

Alongside this change, Grzegorz Łada has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Having been with KP Labs almost from the beginning, he brings broad knowledge of the company and will continue to play a central role in strengthening its operational execution.

Together, Michał Zachara, Krzysztof Pacan, and Grzegorz Łada now form the Management Board of KP Labs. This updated structure reflects a shared way of working, clear responsibilities, and a common vision for the future.
