Test and Integration Engineer

Job description

• Perform functional testing of satellite data processing units and electronic subsystems before and after system integration.
• Support the integration of the company's flight hardware in accordance with technical documentation.
• Execute environmental tests (including climatic chamber, TVAC, vibration, and other qualification tests), analyze results, and prepare test reports.
• Maintain and update integration and manufacturing documentation, including test reports, inventory records, and procedures.
• Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical test equipment and test benches.
• Collaborate with R&D teams during the deployment of new product versions, test scripts, and validation tool.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test procedures and work instructions.
• Perform incoming inspections and verification of delivered components and assemblies.
• Prepare and pack products for shipment.
• Ensure the operational readiness, organization, and cleanliness of the flight instruments laboratory.

What we expect:

• Technical education and/or hands-on experience in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, software engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming skills (including familiarity with Git, Python or another scripting language, command-line environments, and Linux fundamentals).
• Basic electronics knowledge, including the use of laboratory instruments such as power supplies and digital multimeters.
• Basic mechanical skills, including the use of hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Good communication skills and fluent English, enabling work with technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures while effectively analyzing and troubleshooting issues encountered during integration and testing.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and organized approach.

Nice to have:

• Experience with system integration, verification, or validation of embedded, aerospace, or satellite systems.
• Experience performing environmental or qualification testing (e.g. thermal, thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration).
• Hands-on experience working in laboratory or cleanroom environments.
• Interest in the space industry and satellite technologies.
