Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end HR and payroll processes for employees and contractors engaged under various forms of employment using Comarch ERP Optima.
• Maintain complete employee documentation in compliance with Polish labour law and applicable regulations.
• Prepare employment-related documentation, including hiring, contract amendments, and employment termination documents.
• Independently calculate payroll and prepare payroll lists in Comarch ERP Optima.
• Prepare and submit declarations and settlements to ZUS, the Tax Office, PFRON, Statistics Poland (GUS), and other relevant institutions.
• Administer PPK, employee benefits, working time records, and leave administration.
• Monitor changes in labour, social security, and tax regulations.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, analyses, and summaries.
• Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR and payroll matters.

What we expect

• Very good practical knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima (HR & Payroll module) – must-have.
• At least 3 years of experience in an independent HR & Payroll role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Polish labour law, social security regulations, and payroll taxation.
• Experience managing the entire HR and payroll process independently.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Accuracy, responsibility, discretion, and excellent organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a project-based, technology, or R&D environment.
• Experience supporting international employees.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and PPK.
• Experience in optimizing and digitalizing HR processes.
