PA/QA Engineer with Hardware Focus

Job description:

  • Hardware product assurance throughout entire product lifecycle – design development, prototyping, manufacturing, qualification, environmental testing and delivery to the client. 
  • Documentation reviews prepared in line with ECSS standards as well as internal company standards. 
  • Managing high-level PA/QA documents, e.g. Product Assurance Plans, NCR reports, RFD, RFW, RFA etc. 
  • Managing quality requirements and their compliance status on a project level. 
  • Configuration Management – maintaining and verifying documentation on a project level.
  • Maintaining PA/QA related registers on a project level, e.g. orders, decision logs, inspection reports etc.  
  • Maintaining PA specific quality records highlighting traceability relevant to parts/materials/products as well as procurement, inspection, test, assembly integration and operation activities on a project level. 
  • MAIT Support: Actively participating in Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test activities, including performing Mandatory Inspection Points (MIPs). 

What we expect:

  • Minimum 3 years in PA/QA or Quality Engineering within the electronics industry. 
  • Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, PCB standards, and ESD control. 
  • Minimum B2 English proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Any work experience within Space industry 
  • Work experience under ESA projects 
  • Experience with ECSS or IPC standards
