Your responsibilities:

  • Executing marketing and branding activities in line with the company’s communication strategy.
  • Designing and executing video marketing activities – including scripting and filming, content that supports campaigns, drives engagement, and generates leads via social media.
  • Co-creating engaging content for digital channels: newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and video materials
  • Co-organizing events, trade fairs, and conferences – both in Poland and abroad.
  • Generating creative ideas for promotional materials and gadgets, and coordinating their production with external partners
  • Real-time marketing – tracking trends and initiating relevant campaigns and creative actions.

What we expect:

  • A strong visual sense and basic knowledge of video framing and composition.
  • Practical experience with Canva and creativity in designing digital content.
  • Experience in shooting and creating video materials using a mirrorless camera or smartphone.
  • Awareness of brand consistency and ability to apply tone of voice across various platforms.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing (including social media, newsletters, or campaign basics).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with simple video editing tools (e.g. for creating LinkedIn, YouTube, or Instagram content).
  • Interest in the space industry, artificial intelligence, or emerging technologies – and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging communication.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience supporting photo/video production processes.
