Job description:

  • Leading the PA/QA team, defining internal processes, and managing resource allocation across projects.  
  • Supporting Space-grade project development throughout its entire lifetime – design development, prototyping, manufacturing, qualification, environmental testing and delivery to the client.
  • Documentation reviews prepared in line with ECSS standards as well as internal company standards.
  • Managing high-level PA/QA documents, their templates and baselines, e.g. Product Assurance Plans, NCR reports, RFD, RFW, RFA etc.  
  • Managing quality requirements and their compliance status for company’s project as well as defining their flow on a company level.
  • Configuration Management – maintaining company’s standards and propagating it through projects.  
  • Maintaining PA/QA related registers, setting their standards and flows, e.g. orders, calibrations, decision logs.
  • Preparing PA specific quality records and flows highlighting traceability relevant to parts/materials/products as well as procurement, inspection, test, assembly integration and operation activities.
  • Supporting project’s manufacturing, assembly integration and test (MAIT) activities in a form of reviewing procurement/manufacturing specifications, defining inspection activities applicable to acquired parts, verifying compliance to established integration & testing procedures as well as participating with the operator during their execution.
  • Performing internal audits verifying company’s conformance with quality standards.

What we expect:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership role and 3+ years in PA/QA within high-tech industries (Space, Aerospace, Automotive or Defense preferred – but not limited to). 
  • Knowledge: Experience with quality standards (any industry). 
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset and high-level negotiation skills. 
  • Language: Fluency in English (at least B2 level) for technical documentation and international stakeholder management. 

Nice to have:

  • Any experience in Space industry 
  • Work experience under ESA projects 
  • Experience in ECSS standards
