Bid Process Manager

Job description:

• Implementing the Bid (offer preparations) process.
• Managing and coordinating with commercial and institutional partners the Bid process for projects submitted to ESA, Horizon Europe, EDA, NCBiR and other programs.
• Monitoring of the available and open tenders in the domain of On-board Data processing, AI and Machine Learning with specific targets on ESA, EDA, Horizon Europe and NCBiR.
• Identifying new projects and opportunities in the domain on-board Data processing, AI and Machine Learning.
• Supporting in strategic planning to the Head of Bid and reporting to the Head of Bid (based on the established plan and Strategy of the company).
• Developing selling potential of Smart Mission Ecosystem by KP Labs/space-related products.
• Providing support in preparing business analyses, feasibility studies, and scientific articles in the field of space technologies.
• Carrying out assigned tasks and duties following all quality standards and standards in the project, production, and other processes applicable in the company and following applicable laws.
• Providing ongoing support and assistance in implementing tasks of other Company departments.
• Supporting external communications, administrative and project office support.
• Supporting the implementation of tasks within innovative projects and other business activities of the company, depending on the business needs identified by the management team.

What we expect:

• Preferably MSc or Eng. degree in Electronics, Engineering or Space Related Domains.
• Experience in the Bid process at least for one of the following institutions (ESA, EUMETSAT, EDA, EC, NCBiR).
• Accuracy to the details in contact with commercial and institutional partners.
• Experience in the space sector, especially working with ESA.
• PersonalOrganization and ability to follow processes.
• High proficiency in English  – both written and verbal.
• Intermediate level of Polish – ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal forms at a B1 level or higher.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of business etiquette and high personal culture.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
• Strong ability to work in a team.
